Administrative Team: 2-5 leadership personnel including the ED and members of the administrative team.

Preliminary Feedback

At the end of the day the administration team was reminded to -

  • Submit all Epicenter Tasks.
    • Due dates are listed in Epicenter, but we should prioritize making our submissions because we are in our renewal cycle.
  • Submit a closing letter for the 2020-2021 Program Compliance Review for the Exceptional Children Department.
  • Ensure that EDDIE is updated to reflect current administrative staff and Board membership.
  • Make the mission statement more prominent on the website.
  • Prepare for OCS in the Fall.
