For a starter, I prepared for my family a salmon tartare

So I'm going to give you the recipe here to tempt you, so you can make it.

Well it's very simple you will need

For 4 people:

100g of salmon /person

20 orange wedges

5 asparagus

5 cherry tomatoes

15 Sheets of dandelion greens

Salt pepper

Olive oil and lemon juice

The steps to prepare the salmon tartare

1) Blend the olive oil and the lemon juice.

2) Chop the salmon and put it in a bowl with salt, pepper and our mixture: olive oil, lemon juice. Blend and reserve in the fridge.

2) Then peel the oranges, cut in a quarter, reserve.

3) Cut thin slices of radishes, put in a bowl with cold water.

4) Cut our asparagus in length, in 2.

5) Bake our cherry tomatoes in the oven at 200 °c keeping the stem.

6) Dress the tartare and serve.

My Raspberry Pie Revisited

300 g sifted flour

250 g half-salt butter for cream:

250 g mascarpone

100 g white cheese at 40% MG

100 g of sugar for filling:

300 g raspberry

1 lemon juice

50 g icing sugar

Recipe for my strawberry pie

  • Preparation Total time: 1 H Preparation: 30 min Cooking: 30 min Step 1
  • Prepare a shortbread paste with the flour and softened butter. Spread it by hand in a previously buttered pie dish. Cook white for about 30 minutes at 160 °c. Let it cool down. In the mixer bowl, mix Mascarpone, white cheese and sugar. When the dough is cooled, spread the cream. Lay on 250 g of raspberries. Mix the 50 g of remaining raspberries, the lemon juice and the icing sugar to obtain a raspberry coulis that you will serve apart. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
