Once you have created an event:

  1. Click on “Add attachment"

  • Then, choose the file you want to attach to the event from your computer or connected cloud storage.

  • After selecting the attachment, click "Save" to create the event with the attachment included.

  1. Get the Calendar URL: Ask the calendar owner to share their calendar's URL with you. They can do this by providing the public URL or sending an invite directly from Google Calendar.
  2. Open Google Calendar: Go to Google Calendar and sign in with your Google account.
  3. Add a New Calendar: On the left sidebar, click on the "+" icon next to "Other calendars" or "Add a friend's calendar."
  4. Choose "From URL": Select "From URL" from the drop-down menu.
  5. Paste the Calendar URL: Paste the calendar URL that the owner shared with you into the provided field.
  6. Click "Add Calendar": Click on the "Add calendar" button. Google Calendar will then fetch and subscribe to the shared calendar.
  7. View Subscribed Calendar: The subscribed calendar will now appear under "Other calendars" on the left sidebar. You can choose to show or hide it by toggling the checkbox.
