Why Do We Need It?

  • Nationally Girls Golf has 15% retention of members, ages 13 – 17.
  • To incentivize our younger girls to remain in the Girls Golf program as they get older
  • To attract teenage girls to be a part of the Girls Golf program in a leadership role
  • To utilize the talents of competitive golfers who are looking for volunteer opportunities in golf
  • Younger girls are more interested in what a 13 – 17 year old has to say and will bond/connect with them in a different way
