The feedback from this group and the Athletes’ Committee provides excellent insight to the Para triathlon Committee regarding current issues
The Coaches working group meets monthly and liaises with the Para triathlon Committee

Next Steps
Greater development of female sport classes to ensure the depth of field for medal events at Paris 2024 and LA 2028, especially for the PTS3 sport class
Ensure there is a balanced calendar with the potential for new levels of racing (Continental Cups)
A fair ranking point system across the different levels of competition
Additional athlete quotas at some races

Finalize the Minimum Impairment Criteria (MIC) for sport classes
Abstract from the MIC Survey findings to be presented at the IPC Vista conference
Re-activate the Para triathlon research working group to continue with evidence based classification and review of the Classification system
