  • Teachers are to fill in the name of any student in their class who will require special assistance in the event of an emergency.

  • Identify classroom and building hazards.

In the event of an emergency that requires students and staff to evacuate the building and leave campus. Students and staff will go to Gethsemane Church next-door.

If the threat requires students and staff to relocate further from campus, all staff and students will walk or be bused to Beaumont Middle School.

Teachers should take a class roster to check attendance, hold up your red card if students are missing, hold up your green card if all students are accounted for, and report missing students to leadership team member.

Leadership team will check staff attendance and report to the principal.

Students will not be released to anyone who is not listed on the student release card.
