Revised BP 2905 (Pending BOT approval on 10/06/2021)
- CCFF is supportive of the revised BP 2905
- Effective date 01/03/2022 first day for Spring 2022
- Becomes a condition of employment
- All employees need to submit proof of vaccination or provide documented exemptions, regardless of assignment modality
- Medical and religious exemptions will be allowed
- HR will post religious exemption form and employees will need a Dr’s note for medical exemptions
- Those with exemptions still need to test weekly
- CCFF will need to bargain for impact- will need a Spring 2022 MOU
