2024-2025 Offerings for 5th-8th Grade Students
Amigurumi
Amigurumi is the Japanese art of crocheting small, stuffed yarn figures. The word comes from the Japanese words ami, which means "crocheted or knitted," and nuigurumi, which means "stuffed doll". It helps to know some basic crochet, but if you don’t, I can teach you, as long as you promise to count your stitches!

NEXT STEPS
You and your families will get this slidedeck in Class Dojo (make sure your parent/guardian is connected in Class Dojo!) to view. We want you to talk over all the options presented with your families and think of your Top 3 choices for enrichment!
Next Thursday during this time, students will complete an Enrichment Request Form where you will get to indicate your Top 3 Choices of enrichment classes you would be interested in participating in this school year!
After ALL students have completed the form, Ms. Lyons will be working to place students in one of their Top 3 choices. She does her BEST job to place you in a class you want to take but please understand that is not always possible and to be flexible and have a Growth Mindset to be open to trying new things - you never know you may love it!
