Students will continue learning about fossils and tools that paleontologists use. They will use nonfiction texts to research and write informational texts about the process of fossilization.

Math

The students will learn various ways to create and represent 100. They will demonstrate that the three digits in a number represent amounts of ones, tens, and hundreds.

Social Studies

Thinking like a historian: The students will use primary and secondary resources to learn about historical people and events.
