OCF STRATEGY

10

OCF plans to continue Fundrise’s success in mezzanine and senior preferred real estate loans on high quality multifamily assets in the Sunbelt experiencing circumstantial hardship due to higher rates to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns. Multifamily historically provides more price resilience than other real estate types, and the Sunbelt has the most favorable demographics for growth.
