لا يخلص بك إلا من يحبك
No one will be saved through you, except him who loves you
إن كنت أتكلم بألسنة الناس والملائكة ولكن ليس لي محبة، فقد صرت نحاساً يطن أو صنجاً يرن. وإن كانت لي نبوة، وأعلم جميع الأسرار وكل علم، وإن كان لي كل الإيمان حتى أنقل الجبال، ولكن ليس لي محبة، فلست شيئاً. وإن أطعمت كل أموالي، وإن سلمت جسدي حتى أحترق، ولكن ليس لي محبة، فلا أنتفع شيئاً. (1 كو 13: 1-3)
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. + في ذلك الوقت أجاب يسوع وقال: "أحمدك أيها الآب رب السماء والأرض، لأنك أخفيت هذه عن الحكماء والفهماء وأعلنتها للأطفال. نعم أيها الآب، لأن هكذا صارت المسرة أمامك". (مت 11: 25-26)

الطريق إلي القلب (قبل العقل):

+ ونحن قد عرفنا وصدقنا المحبة التي لله فينا. الله محبة، ومن يثبت في المحبة، يثبت في الله والله فيه. بهذا تكملت المحبة فينا: أن يكون لنا ثقة في يوم الدين، لأنه كما هو في هذا العالم، هكذا نحن أيضاً.
(1 يو 4: 16-17)

+ لأن محبة الله قد انسكبت في قلوبنا بالروح القدس المعطى لنا. لأن المسيح، إذ كنا بعد ضعفاء، مات في الوقت المعين لأجل الفجار.

+ بل كنا مترفقين في وسطكم كما تربي المرضعة اولادها، هكذا اذ كنا حانين اليكم، كنا نرضى ان نعطيكم، لا أنجيل الله فقط بل أنفسنا ايضاً، لأنكم صرتم محبوبين إلينا.
+ But we were gentle among you, just as a nursing mother cherishes her own children. So, affectionately longing for you, we were well pleased to impart to you not only the gospel of God, but also our own lives, because you had become dear to us.

+ أنتم تدعونني معلماً وسيداً، وحسنا تقولون، لأني أنا كذلك. فإن كنت وأنا السيد والمعلم قد غسلت أرجلكم، فأنتم يجب عليكم أن يغسل بعضكم أرجل بعض، لاني اعطيتكم مثالا حتى كما صنعت انا بكم تصنعون انتم ايضا. (يو 13: 13-15)

+ واذ كانت لدة قريبة من يافا، وسمع التلاميذ ان بطرس فيها، ارسلوا رجلين يطلبان اليه ان لا يتوانى عن ان يجتاز اليهم. (أع 9: 38)

+ وكان الجموع يصغون بنفس واحدة الى ما يقوله فيلبس عند أستماعهم ونظرهم الأيات التي صنعها، لان كثيرين من الذين بهم أرواح نجسة كانت تخرج صارخة بصوت عظيم. وكثيرون من المفلوجين والعرج شفوا. فكان فرح عظيم في تلك المدينة. (أع 8: 6-8)
