  • Added agritourism as a permitted activity in Agricultural Protection Areas.

  • Added agritourism to Utah’s Right to Farm statute

  • Created a new voluntary agritourism registry for operators.

  • Required standardized warning signs for all agritourism venues to qualify for protections
