Requests for schedule adjustment

Schedules are final except for cases listed

**Please note: schedules are only adjusted during set time frame**

Rising 9th: June 7th-June 10th

  • Graduation requirements are missing
  • Prerequisites requirements have not been met
  • Duplication of a course
  • Level change is appropriate
  • Students want to add an elective in place of a free block

How to request change in schedule:

  • Complete Google form to request a change (Your administrator will have the link and share via ParentSquare)
  • If you are looking to add a class, please list at least 5 in order of preference.
  • Your BHS counselor will respond via email to you-
    1. Your BHS Counselor will let you know if this change is possible.
  • Rising 9th graders(class of 2026) Tuesday, June 7th-Friday, June 10th

Add/Drop Policy

  • Able to add if currently enrolled in a managed time or need a level change
    • Only if there is an open seat in the desired course
  • A withdrawal from a course, does not create an open opportunity in the student’s schedule and will reflect managed time/dropped course. As a result of a dropped class, student will NOT be able to add another class during that block.
  • Any course dropped after August 24th and within the first 4 weeks of school will be reflected on a student’s transcript as a W (this includes semester 2 courses as well).

BASE Camp

    • This program was created to help students transition into Bedford High School.
    • Learn about study skills, what it means to be a BULLDOG, social skills, competencies, how to get involved at BHS, how to develop peer relationships, etc.

    • Two sessions (both 8:30-2:30)
      • 8/1 & 8/2
      • 8/3 & 8/4
