Next Steps

  1. Prepare and finalize your Project Management Plan (PMP)
  2. CCI (Clear Connection, Inc.) will conduct a final site survey. We will take pictures of where we will install equipment (i.e., access control system, electric strikes, data networking, switches, security cameras, and network recorder)
  3. CCI will provide a complete Statement of Work (Proposal) to review and sign. No deposit until the Environmental Historic Plan (EHP) is approved.
  4. CCI will assist in EHP. We will provide you a PowerPoint slides for you to forward to Cembrye Ross.

What is the PMP

  • The Project Management Plan is the narrative review of your project, primary and second contacts, description, milestone, and financial budget
  • CCI will advise throughout the process and available to assist using Zoom
  • Goal to have PMP, Proposal, and EHP by October 22.
  • If and when you feel pressure from Cembrye Ross, kindly reply; we will submit all paperwork by October 22. Due to COVID, the supply chain is behind, but our vendor promised us everything by October 22.

What is the EHP

  • The Environmental Plan is an outline of where CCI will install the security equipment. FEMA uses this as an audit trail and store on file.
  • CCI will advise throughout the process and available to assist using Zoom
