Narrowing the options
Option A: Base repairs to Borger, Fuller, Lenfest, and Swan buildings to bring up to code. Site and security improvements.
Option B1: Renovate Borger, Program renovations to Fuller including Health Assisting and Media Center, Renovate Lenfest for Vet Science, Renovate Swan for Early Education & Care, HVAC & Plumbing would go to Winslow Ave. Site and security improvements.
Option B2: Renovate Borger, Program renovations to Fuller, Renovate and Expand Lenfest for HVAC and Plumbing, Renovate Swan for a Media Center, Vet Science and EEC programs would be at Winslow Ave. Site and security improvements.
