Supporting Students of Color

• Create class directives together, playlist together, learning together and making it feel like you are together.
• Mystery skyping with other classes
• Asking them about their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
• Give a variety of ways to express yourself multiple times a day all the time.
• Pay attention to your students. Take in the emotion of your students. Ask them about them.

Imposter Syndrome has no age limit

• Studies have linked Imposter Syndrome to childhood trauma.
• More children have experienced trauma as a result of 2020.
• Due to the new learning model, many students feel incapable.
