Flatten chicken breast with rolling pin. 2. In a bowl make a paste with the chicken breast seasonings 3. Rub this red paste on chicken breast. 4. Mix all purpose flour and corn-starch together on a plate. 5. In a bowl, add milk and add egg into it. Blend it together. 6. Now coat chicken breast with flour mixture and then dip into egg solution.
