  • Subcommittee members shall be appointed by the chair with input from the board
  • Once subcommittees are established:
    • Shall act in an advisory capacity to the commission
    • Shall elect a chair by majority vote
    • Shall fix times and places of meetings.
    • Shall follow the guidelines outlined in the Charter and Operating Procedures
  • Information will be maintained on a shared drive open to all appropriate stakeholders
