ANSWER - Conversation with member, questions were answered

LEFT MESSAGE - Voicemail or household member

NO_ANSWER - No answer, no connection, person hangs up, VM full

TRY AGAIN - Busy, ask for callback, you had to hang up, sound issues

BAD NUMBER - Wrong number, confirmed by the person you talked to - BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS ONE
