​

Role of BPM

  • First time login should be through User ID / Employee ID with default password (Dop@123).
  • SMS OTP will be validating the mobile and user will be redirected to Change Password screen.
  • Password change is mandatory which was again validated through SMS OTP.
  • From next time onwards, user can login through any one of the following mode

1. Aadhar Biometric 2. Aadhar OTP 3. User name / Password

Permit to read the SMS OTP

Once the OTP is received and verified, Login button will be available to the BPM.

PASSWORD SPECIFICATIONS

        • The password should be of eight characters
        • One Number
        • One Small Letter
        • One Capital Letter
        • One Special Character
        • The new password need to be entered twice in the screen

BPM can enter only the following characters in the New Password/ Confirm Password text boxes of password reset page.

                  • Lower case alphabets  (a-z)
                  • Upper case alphabets(A-Z)
                  • Numbers(0-9)
                  • Colon(:)

                  • Question Mark(?)
                  • AT symbol (@)
                  • Exclamation(!)
                  • Dollar ($)
                  • Asterisk (*)
                  • Equal To (=)

  • Please click on the confirm button to change the password.
  • BPM will be redirected to the login screen.

  • The BPM can login using the Aadhar (Biometric/OTP) from the next time onwards.
  • BPM can also login with user credentials (with new password) authenticated with OTP by clicking on the link Login using Password.
  • On successful login, BPM will be allowed to do transactions.

  • Please long press on the DARPAN mobile app icon, and click on the information (i) symbol.

  1. Click on the permissions to see the details.
  2. Details of permissions which are required for this app and not allowed will be visible.
  3. Allow those permissions.

  • Near by Devices permission is mandatory for connecting the Bluetooth printer.

Bluetooth Printer Connectivity

  • Switch on the Bluetooth in the mobile device and search for the devices.

​

  • Click on the printer which need to be connected.

  • Enter the password (as per manual/by default will be 0000) and click on pair to connect the Bluetooth printer.

​

  • Once paired, the device will appear in the paired devices list.

  • Click on done to close the screen.
