Senior “Sign Out” & Senior Last Full Day

Begins Thursday 5/22 (seniors receive sign-out form)

Last full day (Per 1-6) for seniors is Fri 5/23

On Thursday 5/22, seniors will receive a “sign out” sheet in homeroom. From 5/22-5/30, they return allowed items and also take from the school any items that belong to them. The “sign out” sheet must be 100% complete prior to students receiving their cap & gown and graduation tickets.

Last full day for seniors is Friday, 5/23.

Tuesday 5/27: Finals periods 4, 5, 6 (seniors in building 10:50 am - 2:18 pm)

Wednesday 5/28: Finals Periods 1, 2, and 3 (seniors in building 7:45 am - 10:46 am)

Locker cleanout will be during homeroom on Wednesday 5/28.

*CTE students in B week academics take finals on Thursday 5/22 and Friday 5/23.

MHS staff will confirm that students have returned all books, locks, and school-issued chromebooks. If applicable, students must also pay all outstanding debts. Caps & gowns wil be distributed once all debts are cleared. NHS stoles / Seal of Biliteracy cords will be given as well where applicable. Caregivers welcome. Seniors under 18 with IEPs require caregiver to sign to collect IEP materials from the school. Drop-in style; students depart after picking up cap and gown.

Please keep in mind:

All graduates are provided with eight (8) tickets. Please check with senior classmates if you need more than 8.

​

A survey will be provided in the Spring to access accessible accommodations, including seating, parking or a translator.

​

Graduates must report to the McGlynn Middle School basketball courts next to Hormel Stadium at 5:00.

​

Commencement will be held on the football field, beginning promptly at 6:00 pm.

​

Inclement weather may result in a postponement of commencement to Thursday 6/5 or Friday 6/6.
