Development of Zoom Education Certification Guidelines to Support Implementation Fidelity within SNAP-Ed Direct Education

2 of 10

Purpose of Zoom Certification

Implementation fidelity is the degree to which a program is delivered as developed and intended. It serves as an important moderator between programs and outcomes

Offering direct education for adults by Zoom is one strategy to overcome challenges to attending and accessing in-person programs (e.g. transportation, childcare), however implementation fidelity has been raised as a possible concern

To ensure best practices, Virginia SNAP-Ed developed Zoom education certification guidelines and resources for direct education for Peer (para-professional) Educators
