OBJECTIVES:
Fun experience
Get in shape
Improve your time/distance
practice starts the day we get back from spring break.
BOUND
You must have your physical uploaded into and all necessary information filled out in BOUND in order to practice!
If you already did this for volleyball, cross country or basketball you don’t have to do it again for track.
However, you will need to go into the site and select “track” as the activity for which you are registering.
BOUND
Steps for Bound! - this will help you navigate the Bound website. The most important thing when registering is to select VALLEY as the school for which you are registering….NOT Stilwell.
Free Physicals - go here to see the location of and the time frame that you are able to get a free physical. Use this resource if you are not able to get an appointment with your family doctor prior to our deadline for completing BOUND.
Physical Form - go here to get a paper copy of the physical form to take with you when you get your physical. Part of the form will be filled out by the doctor while the rest of it will be filled out by a parent or guardian. Please make sure the signatures of both the doctor and the parent/guardian are on the forms before uploading them into BOUND.
If you need HELP!! - call Lorena Cuevas at 515-633-4264 or email her at cuevasl@wdmcs.org

You’ve made the commitment to be in track
honor that commitment!
