Introducing the “Inspired to Invest” Podcast���Inspired to Invest launched in Jun/23 with a focus on real estate investing and hosted by Serena Holmes. At the beginning of 2025, we expanded the scope of the focus to include business/entrepreneurship along with investing. We will be sharing stories from investors and entrepreneurs who have invested in themselves to make their dreams come true.

Throughout each episode, guests will be asked to detail what life looked like for them before, what the catalyst was that motivated them towards investing/entrepreneurship, the steps they took to transition FT and how it’s changed their life.

Other areas discussed throughout the episodes include challenges, successes, lessons learned, and obstacles overcome as investors/entrepreneurs. In addition, guests will be asked what the best advice they’ve ever been given is, what is coming up next for them, if they have any opportunities to share, what their freedom number is, and much more.

The goal of the podcast is to positively encourage people who are interested in investing/entrepreneurship but haven’t gotten started yet or been able to move into it full-time. I would like to help bridge the gap for the audience so they can see that it’s possible for ordinary, everyday people to do and achieve extraordinary things. It’s my hope to inspire as many people as possible to take charge of their careers, financial future and long-term legacy as a business owner, investor &/or entrepreneur.

I am actively seeking 1-2 companies per month to offset some of the production and advertising costs associated with the podcast. These companies should be connected to real estate and/or real estate investing in some way (e.g. active real estate investors / investment companies, service providers such as mortgage brokers, insurance providers, realtors etc.)

Where Will Your Sponsorship Spend Go?�Your investment will primarily go towards google/Instagram ad spend to boost exposure for & views of the podcast as well as the cost of production. Most episodes range from 8-10K audio downloads each, not inc. social media impressions (avg 100-150K/wk+)

To Participate In This OpportunityIf you’re interested in moving forward with one of the two sponsorship opportunities available, please email Serena Holmes at inspiredtoinvestpodcast@gmail.com. Once you have indicated your interest, your preferred option and length of commitment, a sponsorship agreement will be sent over to you for signature. After sign off, an invoice will be provided so payment can be issued.

Once confirmed as a sponsor, you will be required to provide:

  • Signed sponsorship agreement (to be provided after confirming interest)
  • High resolution, transparent image of your logo
  • Confirmation of when you can participate on the podcast
  • A 30 or 60 second commercial to appear in the podcast (this can be taped over zoom, if you don’t have other footage). Ideas for the commercial include an introduction to your company, top tips/strategies for real estate investors, words of encouragement, inspiration or motivation. The commercial must contain royalty free music & a voice over the visuals (for audio episodes)
