ابراهیم – هاوڕێ خودا

• About 2,000 years before Jesus was born, there lived a man named Abraham, who is spoken of in the Bible as the friend of God (Isaiah, chapter 41, verse 8).

​

• He lived in the town of Ur, which was in the land we now call Iraq, about 800 miles to the east of the land of Israel. The people of Ur knew nothing of the true God. They worshipped many false gods, chief of which was the moon. The ruins of a temple built to the moon-god have been found there.

نزیكەی دوو هەزار سال بەر لە لەدایكبوونی مەسیح, پیاویك بە ناوی ابراهیم دەزیا, كە بەپیی پەرتووكی پیرۆز بە دۆستی خودا (خلیل الله) ناوی دەركردبوو.

Abraham – the friend of God

پەیامیك لە لایەن خوداوە

• One day Abraham received a message from God. We can read this message in Genesis, chapter 12, verse 1,

​

• "Now the Lord had said unto Abram, `Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father´s house, unto a land that I will shew thee´. “

​

• He was told to leave his own land, and his own people, and travel to a country that God would show him. I wonder how we should feel if we received such a message? (And of course travelling was far more difficult and far more dangerous in those days).

​

رۆزیكیان ابراهیم پەیامیكی لە لایەن خوداوە پی گەیشت. دەتوانین ئەو پەیامە لە پەیدابوون بابی 12 ئایەتی 1 بخوینینەوە:

​

" وە خوداوەند بە ابراهیمی گووت: لە نیشتمانی خۆت وە لە زیدی خۆت وە لە ماڵی باوكی خۆت بەرەو ئەو سەرزەمینەی پیت نیشان دەدەم كۆچ بكە"

​

پیی گووترا كە زید و خەڵكی خۆی جی بهیڵی, وە بەرەو سەرزەمینیك كە خودا نیشانی دەدا كۆچ بكا. ئەگەر ئیمە وەها پەیامیكمان پی گەیشتبا, چ هەستیكمان دەبوو؟ (بە دڵنیایەوە سەفەركردن لەو رۆزگارەدا, زۆر قورستر و مەترسیدارتر لە ئیستا بوو)

A message from God

لە کۆمەڵ ابراهیم بەرەکێت دەبینێن

• When He told Abraham to do this, God also told him, (verses 2-3) "And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing. And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."

​

• Abraham believed the promises that God had made, and he obeyed Him. The writer to the Hebrews tells us that Abraham, "...went out, not knowing whither he went" (Hebrews, chapter 11, verse 8).

هەروەها خودا پیی گووت: (ئایەتی 2 و 3 ) " وە لە تۆووە نەتەوەیەكی مەزن بەدی دینم وە بەرەكەتت بەسەردا دەریزم وە ناووت مەزن دەكەم وە تۆ دەبی بە بەرەكەت. وە ئەو كەسانەی تۆ بە پیرۆز دابنین بەرەكەتیان بەسەردا دەریزم وە نەفرەت لەو كەسانە دەكەم كە تۆ بە مەلعون بزانن. وە لە تۆ وە سەرجەم هۆزەكانی دونیا بەرەكەت وەردەگرن."

ابراهیم باوەری بە بەڵینی خودا هینا وە گویرایەلی بوو. لە عیبریان باسی ابراهیم دەكا: " كۆچی كرد بۆ ئەو شوینەی كە دەبوو بە میرات بیبات. كەواتە چووە دەر وە نەیدەزانی بۆ كوی بروا".

In Abraham all nations will be blessed

هەموو ئەو زەوی کە دەبینێن

• At length he reached the land of Israel with his wife, Sarah, and his nephew, Lot. Now read Genesis, chapter 13, again.

​

• You will see how Lot chose the best of the land and Abraham was left to find pastures for his flocks and herds in the more barren parts of the country.

​

• But God was with Abraham, and enlarged upon the promises He had made to him in Ur,

​

• "All the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth" (Genesis, chapter 13, verses 15-16).

لە كۆتاییدا ئەو لە گەل هاوسەر و برازاكەی واتا لووت گەیشتنە زیدی ئیسرائیل. ئیستا دووبارە پەیدابوون بابی 13 بخویننەوە.

​

بۆتان دەردەكەوی كە چۆن لووت باشترین نیشتمانی هەلبزارد وە ابراهیم بۆ دۆزینەوەی لەوەرگا بۆ لەوەراندنی میگەلەكەی خۆی دەستی بە گەران كرد.

​

بەلام خودا لە گەل ابراهیم بوو وە بەلینەكانی خۆی كە بە ابراهیمی دابوو لە ساری اور زیارتری كرد.

​

" تەواوی ئەو سەرزەمینە كە دەیبینی بۆ هەمیشە بە تۆ و نەوەكانی تۆی دەبەخشم. نەوەكانی تۆ وەكوو تەپووتۆزی زەوی بیهەزمار زیاد دەكەم"

All the land you see

بەڵینیكی سەرسوورهینەر

• Did you notice that this time God promises Abraham the land for ever?

​

​

• To possess the land for ever, Abraham would have to live for ever, so God was really promising him eternal life.

​

​

• Besides this, God promises it to Abraham´s seed, or son. At that time Abraham and Sarah had no children.

​

​

ئایا سەرنجتان داووە كە ئەم جارەیان خودا بۆ هەمیشە بەڵینی نیشتمانیكی بە اراهیم دا؟

​

​

بۆ خاوەنداریتی هەمیشەیی ئەم نیشتمان دەببو ابراهیم بۆ هەمیشە زیندوو بمینی, لەبەر ئەوە خوداوەند خەریك بوو بەلینی زیانی هەمیشەیی بە.

​

​

سەرەرای ئەوە, خودا بەڵینی مندالی دا بە ابراهیم كە لە سەرزەمینەكەی هاوبەش بن.

​

​

A wonderful promise

خودا لە گەڵ ابراهیم پەیمانیكی بەست

• Turn to chapter 15, and here you will find that God again repeats and enlarges upon His promises to Abraham.

​

• Time had gone by and Abraham was getting old. The promised son had not been given. But once more God assured him that he should have a son, and that his descendants should be as great in number as the stars in the sky.

بچن بۆ بابی 15 و ببینن كە چۆن خوداوەند بەڵینەكانی خۆی بۆ ابراهیم زیاتردەكا.

​

رۆزگار تیپەری و ابراهیم پیر بوو. لەو كورەی كە بەڵینی لە دایكبووونی درابوو هیچ نیشانەیەك نەبوو. بەلام جاریكیتر خوداوەند دلنیایی پیدا كە كوریكی دەبی وە پیی گووت كە نەوەكانی ئەو لە ئەستیرەكانی ئاسمان زیاتر دەبن.

God’s covenant with Abraham

ئەو بەلێنە ناتوانێت بەشکەت

• In verse 6 we read, "Abraham believed in the Lord; and He counted it to him for righteousness."�
• Abraham, like us, was not free from sin; but he trusted in God and because of this, God was pleased with him.

​

• This time we are told that God made a covenant with Abraham - that is a very solemn promise that can never be altered.

لە ئاەتی 6 دەخوینینەوە: " ابرام متمانەی بە خودا كرد وە بەو هۆیەوە خودا لیی رازی بوو ئەوی قبوڵ كرد"

​

ابراهیمیش وەكوو ئیمە لە بەندی تاوان ئازاد نەبوو, بەلام ئەو متمانەی بە خودا كرد وە بەو هۆیەوە خودا لیی رازی بوو.

​

ئەم جارە دەبینین كە خودا لە گەڵ ئەو پەیمانیكی فەرمی دەبەستی كە هیچ كات ناگۆردری.

A promise that cannot be broken

سووتان گڕگرتوو لە ناو پارچە گۆشت تێ پەڕی

• You will read how this covenant was made in Genesis, chapter 15, verses 8-18. In the time of Abraham, a covenant was made by slaying an animal.

​

• Then the dead animal was divided, and the two people who were making the covenant walked between the pieces.

​

• In this case, God Himself did not walk between the pieces, but Abraham saw a burning lamp pass between them. The covenant was sure!

​

دەتوانن چۆنیەتی دارشتنی ئەم پەیمانە لە پەیدابوون بابی 15 ئایەتی 8-18 بخویننەوە. لە سەردەمی ابراهیم, گریدانی بەڵین و پەیمان بە سەربرینی ئازەل ئەنجام دەدرا.

​

دواتر ئازەلە سەربراوەكەیان پارچە پارچە دەكرد و ئەو دوو كەسەی كە پەیمانەكە لە نیوانیان بوو لە نیوان ئەو پارچانە هاتووچۆیان دەكرد.

​

بۆ ئەمەیان خوداوەند لە نیوان پارچەكانی ئازەلەكە هاتووچۆی نەكرد, ابراهیم مەشخەڵیكی بلیسەداری بینی كە لە نیوان پارچەكان تیپەری. لەبەرئەوە متمانەی بە پەیمانەكە كرد!

The burning lamp passed between the pieces of meat

منداڵی بەلین دراو

• Abraham was 100 years old, and his wife 90, when at last God fulfilled His promise and gave them a son, whom they called Isaac.

​

• In Genesis, chapter 22, you will find a wonderful example of Abraham´s trust in God. Read the first 14 verses.

​

• God told Abraham to offer up his only son, Isaac, as a sacrifice. And yet God had promised that through Isaac Abraham´s descendants should become a great nation.

​

ابراهیم 100 سالە و هاوسەرەكەی 90 سال بوو كە لە كۆتاییدا خودا بەلینەكە خۆی بردەسەر وە كوریكی بە ئەوان بەخشی كە ناویان نا ئیسحاق.

​

لە پەیدابوون بابی 22, دەتوانن نموونەیەكی سەرسوورهینەر لە متمانەی ابراهیم بە خودا ببینن. 14 ئایەتی سەرەتا بخویننەوە.

​

خودا بە ابراهیمی گووت كورە تاقانەكەت ئیسحاق وەكوو قوربانب پیشكەش بكە. ئەمە لە كاتیكدا بوو كە خودا بەڵینی بە ئەو دابوو كە لە نەوەكانی ئەو نەتەوەیەكی گەورە درووست دەبن.

The promised child

عیبرانییەکان بەشی 11

What did Abraham do? He knew that God would keep His promises, and so Paul tells us in Hebrews, chapter 11, verses 17-19,

​

"By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, `That in Isaac shall thy seed be called´: "Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.“

ابراهیم چی كرد؟ ئەو دەیزانی كە خوداوەند لە سەر بەڵینەكەی خۆیەتی. پۆلس لە عبرانیان بابی 11, ئایەتی 17-19 دەڵیت:

​

" لە روی باوەرەوە, ابراهیم لە كاتی تاقیكردنەوەدا ئیسحاقی وەكوو قووربانی پیشكەشی خودا كرد. بەڵی, ئەم پیاوە كە بەڵینەكانی خودای قبووڵ كردبوو, ئامادە بوو منداڵەتاقانەكەی پیكەشی خودا بكا. سەرەرای ئەوەی خودا بە ئەوی گووتبوو كە نەوەكانی ئەو لە ئیسحاق دەبن. ابراهیم دلنیا بوو كە خوداوەند توانای ئەوەی هەیە تەنانەت دوای مردنیش ئیسحاق زیندوو بكاتەوە. بە واتایەكیتر ئەوی بە شیوەی نموونەیەك لە مردووەكان دۆزیەوە".

Hebrews Chapter 11

ابراهیم بڕوای بە زیندوو کردنەوە هەبۆ

Abraham was prepared even to offer up his beloved son, knowing that God would restore him to life.

​

No wonder God was pleased with his trust and obedience.

Read in Genesis, chapter 22, verses 15-18, the promises which God again made to him.

ابراهیم تەنانەت بۆ قووربانی كردنی كورە خۆشویستەكەی ئامادە بووچوونكە دەیزانی خودا زیندووی دەكاتەوە.

​

شتیكی سەر نیە كاتی خودا لە متمانەو گویرایەلی ئەو رازی بوو.

​

لە پەیدابوون بابی 22 ئایەتی 15-18 دەتوانن لە بارەی بەڵینەكانیتر كە خودا پیی دابوو بخویننەوە.

Abraham believed in resurrection

منداڵیكی گەورەتر لە ئیسحاق

• These things happened nearly 4,000 years ago, and at first they don’t seem to matter very much to us. But Abraham had a son who was greater than Isaac.

​

• The first verse of the New Testament (Matthew, chapter 1, verse 1) speaks of, "Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. "Jesus, too, was the promised son of Abraham.

ئەم رووداوانە هی نزیكەی 4000 ساڵ بەر لە ئیستان وە ئەگەری هەی لە سەرەتادا زۆر بۆمان گرنگ دیار نەبن. بەلام ابراهیم كوریكی هەبوو كە لە ئیسحاق گەورەتر بوو.

​

ئایەتی یەكەم لە پەیمانی نوی متا دەڵیت: " عیسا مەسیح, كوری داوود, كوری ابراهیم "

A greater seed than Isaac

یەک وەچە

• Paul tells us this in Galatians, chapter 3, verse 16, "Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, `And to seeds´, as of many; but as of one, `And to thy seed´, which is Christ."

​

• So the promises made to Abraham-that he should live for ever in the land of Israel and be a blessing to all nations, were also promises made to the Lord Jesus Christ. When He comes again to rule from Jerusalem, we shall see these promises fulfilled.

​

عیساش منداڵی بەلیندراوی ابراهیم بوو.پۆلس لە غلاتیان بابی 3 ئایەتی 16 پیمان دەلی: " بەلینەكان بە ابراهیم منداەكەی دران وە نالی: مندالەكانی, بۆ ئەوەی زمارەیەكی زۆر بگریتەوە, بەلكو تنەیا ئامازە بە یەك مندال واتا بە مەسیح دەكا".

​

لە سەر ئەو بنەمایە بەلینەكان لە گەل ابراهیم گری دران وە ئەو دەبوو بۆ هەمیشە لە سەرزەمینی ئیسرائیل بزی وە ببی بە بەرەكەت بۆ سەرجەم نەتەوەكان. ئەم بەلینە لە گەل عیسای مەسیحیش بوو بە راستی. كاتیك ئەو دووبارە بگەریتەوە بۆ ئەوەی لە ئۆرشەلیم حوكمرانی بكا, دەتوانین سەرنجی ئەوە بدەین كە تەواوی ئەو بەڵینانە

One descendant not many

ئیمەش لەو بەلینانە هاوبەشین

• If we believe on Jesus, and do what He asks us, we too may share these promises.For if we belong to Christ, we too are Abraham´s seed.

​

• We read in the last verse of Galatians, chapter 3,"And if ye be Christ´s, then are ye Abraham´s seed, and heirs according to the promise."

​

• Then we, too, may share the promises. We may have eternal life, and help Jesus Christ in the great work of bringing happiness to the earth.

ئەگەر باوەرمان بە عیسای مەسیح هەبی وە ئەو كارانەی كە داوای ئەنجامدانی لیكردووین, ئەنجامیان بدەین, ئیمەش دەبین بە هاوبەش لە بەلینانە. ئەگەر مولكی مەسیح بین, ئیمەش مندالی ابراهیم هەزمار دەكریین.

​

لە ئایەتی كۆتایی لە غلاتیان بابی 3 دەخوینینەوە: " ئەگەر موڵكی مەسیحن, مناڵی ابراهیم هەزمار دەكرین و بە پیی بەلینی خودا میراتگری ئەون"

كەواتە ئیمەش دەتوانین لە بەلینەكاندا هاوبەش بین. دەتوانین زیانی هەمیشەییمان هەبی وە لە كارە مەزنەكەیدا یارمەتی عیسای مەسیح بدەین كە بریتیە لە هینانی شادی بۆ سەر زەوی.

We can share the promises God made to Abraham�

ئەو بەلێن لە کاتی گەڕانەوە تەواوی دەکا

• One of the promises was, "And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed"(Genesis, chapter 22, verse 18).

​

• This promise will be fulfilled when Jesus returns to set up the Kingdom of God.

​

دەبی لە بیرتان بی كە یەكیك لە بەلینەكان ئەوە بوو كە: "تەواوی نەتەوەكان داوام لی دەكەن, هەر بەو جۆرەی كە بەرەكەتم خستۆتە ناو نەوەكانی تۆ, نەوەكانی ئەوانیش بەرەكەت پی بدەم"

ئەم بەلینە لە رۆزگاری گەرانەوەی عیسا وە برەقەراربوونی پاشایەتی خودا, بە ئەنجام دەگەیەنری.

The promise to be fulfilled when Jesus returns

ئەی ئەو بەلینەی كە بە ابراهیم درا چی لی دی؟

• But, you may be thinking, "What of Abraham? He never received the promises, and he is dead".�
• This is true. But God´s promises cannot fail. When Jesus comes again, He will raise Abraham and Isaac from the dead - and many others besides - and they will live for ever upon this earth, enjoying those blessings which God promised them so long ago.

رەنگە لای خۆتان وا هزر بكون كە" ئەی ابراهیم چی دەست كوت؟ ئەو هیچكام لە بەلینەكانی وەرنەگرت و مرد"

راستە بەلام هیچ هەلەیەك لە بەلینەكانی خودا دا نیە. كاتیك عیسا دووبارە بگەریتەوە ئەو ابراهیم و ئیسحاق و خەلكی تری زۆر لە مەرگ هەلدەستینی وە ئەوان بۆ هەمیشە لە سەر زەوی دەزین وە چیز لە بەرەكەتەكانی خودا وەردەگرن كە زۆر لەوەو پیش بەلینە پیدابوون.

What will happen to Abraham?

پووختە

1. Abraham was called by God to leave Ur and go to an unknown country.

2. This country was the land of Israel, and God promised that Abraham should possess it for ever.

3. He also promised that Abraham should have a son; that his descendants should become a great nation, and that his son would be a blessing to all nations.

4. Abraham had a son, Isaac, born miraculously when his parents were very old. Jesus Christ is also a son, or descendant, of Abraham (and He, too, was born miraculously - of a virgin).

5. If we belong to Christ, we are counted as children of Abraham, and may share the promises made to him.

6. These promises will be fulfilled when Jesus comes back, and sets up the Kingdom of God.

1. ابراهیم لایەن خودا هەلبژێردراوە تا ئەو بۆ وڵاتی نەناسراو بێچیت.

2. ئەو وڵاتە ئیسرائیل بۆ، و خودا به ابراهیم بەلێن دا که ئەو وڵاتە تاهەتایە فرمانڕەوایی بەکات.

​

3. ئەو هەروەها به ابراهیم بەلێن کوڕی پەدا، که وەچە ئەو زۆر گەورە بۆە .

​

4. ابراهیم کوڕەکی به ناو اسحاق هەبۆ که کاتێک دایک و باوکی بەساڵاچو بۆن لە دایک بۆ. عیسا مسیح لە وەچە ابراهیم بۆ.

​

5. ئەگەر ئێمە بەشێک لە مسیحین، ئێمە بەشک لە نەوەی ابراهیم دەناسڕێین .

​

6. ئەو بەلێنە لە کاتێکی گەڕانەوەی عیسا و پاشایتی خودا، تەواودەکات.
