1st GATI – MANUSHYA

SAMRAT SAMPRATI - A

  • Once upon a time there was a beggar, who was starving.

  • He begged all around the town for food but no one gave him. Then he saw two Sadhus going inside a house where they were served with food. When the Sadhus came out of the house he begged to give him food.

  • They told him that they can’t give him food but their Guru will give him.

  • He followed the Sadhus to Upasharay and pleaded to Guru to give food. The Guru was a big Acharya Aaryasuhasti, who was wise. He gave diksha to the beggar and then gave him food. Nutanmuni ate to survive and then he started getting stomach pain.

1st GATI – MANUSHYA

SAMRAT SAMPRATI - B

  • Town’s rich people were serving the Nutanmuni.

  • There were tears in the eyes of Nutanmuni and love for Saiyam Jeevan.

  • “This is the influence of Saiyam Jeevan. Diksha’s life is most beautiful, Jainism is also most beautiful.”

  • He died in good bhaav and in his next birth he became Samrat Samprati, a big king.

  • One day, he saw Acharya m.s. walking on town’s street. While seeing him, he got Jatismaran Gyan. He got down from his palace and fell into the Guru’s feet.

1st GATI – MANUSHYA

SAMRAT SAMPRATI - C

  • He told him that because of his blessings he became from beggar to sadhu and from Sadhu to King. He requested Acharya m.s. to guide him .
  • Inspired by Guru m.s. he built orphanages, 1.5 lakhs temples and 1.5 million Jin Pratimas and gave donations to the poor, etc. and many religious works.

MORAL :

  • The beggar took diksha only for one day then also in the next birth he became a big king.
  • While dying, he was in good bhav that is why he became king.
  • You should also do more of good things like samayik, pratikraman and should do with good spirit(bhavana).

2nd GATI – DEVLOK

YOUNG MAN BECOMES DEV

  • Once upon a time, in a village, Acharya M.S arrived .Listening to his vyakhyan, a young man got detached from the world and wished to take diksha.
  • He requested his parents and they accepted it but they said, you can take diksha after some days so that we can celebrate it joyfully.
  • Guru , with his powers, seeing the boy’s future suggested him to take diksha now itself.
  • After taking diksha the young man died on that moment only. In the next birth he went to devlok. Immediately, he came down where he died and gave his introduction to all.
  • Parents felt that guruji had done a great job. There is no guarantee of life. If they had taken time for diksha then their son wouldn’t be Dev.

MORAL:-

  1. Do not delay, doing good deeds.
  2. 1 minute of diksha can give you devlok then you should do more samayik and pratikraman.

3rd GATI – TIRIANCH

NAND MANIYAR BECOMES FROG

  • There was a sheth named Nanda Maniyar. He built up a well. He was very much attracted to the well. He felt happy while seeing it.
  • After death, he became a frog in that well only.
  • As he saw his mansion, he got Jatismaran Gyan.
  • He regretted getting attracted to the well because that made him frog from human.
  • After that he desired to listen to Bhagwan Mahavir’s deshana.
  • He went towards Samavasaran where Bhagwan Mahavir’s deshana was going on.
  • While going got crushed under the horse’s foot and died.
  • Because of good bhav, he went to devlok in next birth.

MORAL:-

Do not get attracted towards things. The things we get attracted to, we take birth in it.

4th GATI – NARAK (HELL)

MAMAN SETH BECOMES NARAKI

  • There was a sheth named Maman. He was very greedy.
  • He was very much attracted towards diamonds and gemstones.
  • Once Shrenik king came to visit his house. The king was surprised to see his two bulls covered with diamonds and gemstones.
  • The king said to him that he had doubled the wealth than him.
  • Due to attraction towards money, after death Maman went to seventh narak.

MORAL:-

  1. Attraction towards money builds more sin.
  2. Money should be used for good deeds like giving donations to poor, sadharmik bhakti, supatradan, parmatmabhakti, gurubhakti, jivdaya, pathashala, etc. Should be used generously.
