The Move for Earth Symposium 2025, organized by SwitchON Foundation in collaboration with West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (WBSRLM) and BCC&i, provided the ideal platform for this launch, bringing together policymakers, agricultural experts, and farmer groups to discuss pressing challenges and solutions.
The Move for Earth Symposium created a dynamic platform for the exchange of ideas through a series of engaging roundtable discussions and hands-on workshops, reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and innovation across diverse sectors.
The symposium also hosted an insightful roundtable titled “Promoting Energy Security in Tea Garden”, The symposium’s roundtable on "Promoting Energy Security in Tea Gardens" explored solutions to reduce reliance on conventional fuels and improve livelihoods through decentralized renewable energy initiatives.
Kolkata’s inefficient parking management is directly hindering efforts to improve public mobility. Recognizing the urgency of this issue, SwitchON Foundation hosted the Roundtable on Accelerating Sustainable Mobility: Expanding Bus Fleets for Greener Cities as part of the Move for Earth Symposium.
