  1. Login by going to OperaDDS.com

  1. To manage your Reviews, select the Reviews tab.
  2. All (Google, Facebook and Internal) Reviews will be displayed on this page.
  3. OperaDDS Reviews may be configured to send automatically OR manually. Admins may access Review settings by selecting Settings | Feature Settings | Reviews Settings.
  4. If set to send automatically, Reviews will be sent 2 hours after you have “Completed” an appointment in your Practice Management System.
  5. If you wish to send a Review manually you may click the Request Review button as seen to the right.
  6. If your web designer has added the Reviews code to your website, when toggled ON, a Review will display on your offices site. By default all 4’s and 5’s received are toggled ON.

  1. The score displayed on your website will be calculated from all Reviews toggled ON in your Reviews dashboard.
  2. The color of the Review widget may be matched to your offices website through Settings | Feature Settings | Reviews Settings | Social Media

1. Select the Settings icon to adjust your user settings, feature/company settings, or add users.

2. All users will see User Settings. Admins will see User Settings, Feature Settings, and Account Settings which are used to setup and modify your account.
