Disclosures/Conflicts of Interest

ONCE YOU HAVE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR PRESENTATION

• All Speakers at ISSWSH Meetings are required to begin their presentation with a Disclosure/Conflict of Interest slide.
• It is not mandatory to use the ISSWSH template, however you must include all commercial interests which are pertinent, or even remotely pertinent, to your presentation.
• All Disclosures/Conflicts of interest, which are relevant to your presentation, must be stated out loud, whilst the slide is visible to the audience.
