�Who can join?

The plan extends not only to employees, contractors, and staff, but also their families

However, Counseling Professionals’ contributions will remain the same
Monthly amount paid covering family is also payroll deducted

Sign-up cost is still covered for family and two-adult plans
Dependents of the same household are included in family plans
For example

An employee signing up for a two-adult plan with dependents will receive $20 off their monthly rate, with no sign-up cost
An contractor signing up for a one adult plan with no dependents will receive $10 off their monthly rate, with no sign-up cost
