  • Frost Valley has a full service cafeteria and menu
  • Food is served family style
  • Each table is responsible for selecting who sets up and helps clean up after meals

Departure and Return

  • Students must be at Sayville Middle School at 5:00 AM the morning of our departure.
  • All student’s bags will be brought into the cafeteria for inspection.
  • Departure is 6:00 AM
  • Arrival at Frost Valley 10-11 AM
  • Friday morning we will have breakfast and then our remaining activities. Once the activities are concluded we will depart
  • Expect to return to SMS between 1-4 PM

  • Rain gear: Poncho or waterproof jacket/pants
  • Water bottle

  • Waterproof Boots
  • Warm clothes: Jacket, hat, gloves, sweater, long pants.
  • Sneakers to wear in cabin
  • Clothes for length of stay
  • Towel, toothbrush, comb, soap, etc.
  • Flashlight

    • Reading/ Writing materials

    • Chapstick
