Student Hat

‘Staff Induction is a 3 night and 4 day outdoor expedition, designed to provide a ‘safe and secure environment’ that allows you to step outside of your comfort zone where we learn and grow. Participating in the shared experiences of purposeful activities which are debriefed through deep reflection, positive relationships are forged. Reasonable adjustments can be made that support individual needs in the same way we would do this for our students in school’.
