2020-21 STUDENT REGISTRATION

  • Infinite Campus Registration for 20-21 opens on May 15th, 2020!

  • Registration is all online - can also be done at District Office kiosk
    • Once registration is complete, you are eligible to pay 20-21 fees ($90)

A MESSAGE FROM OUR SCHOOL NURSE

Required Kindergarten Immunizations from IDPH

  • MUST BE TURNED IN BY 1st DAY OF SCHOOL!
  • Medical or Religious Exemptions

Norwalk Medication Administration Form for ANY medicine to be administered at school (EpiPen, Benadryl, inhaler, etc.)

  • During online registration, you can “check” to allow for administration of Tylenol, Ibuprofen, cough drops, Tums

Needed for Kindergarten:

Nurse School Illness Policy - Symptom free for 24 hours

  • Fever 100℉ or higher
  • Vomiting/diarrhea
  • Antibiotics for 24 hours
