Definition of Terms

“Age-friendly”: Practices that aim to make educational opportunities more accessible for aging populations.

“Age-inclusive”: Moves beyond the mere presence of age-friendly practices and reflects how these efforts are valued, recognized, and integrated into the campus environment and mission of an institution.
