Workforce shortage - overall shortage - the care providers are sometimes different cultures, this is wonderful, but it takes some "getting used to" and some cultural awareness

5.Increasing awareness of health disparities - we're overall a healthy state and rated always as one of the top communities, but we see some of the largest disparities in the nation and so we need to understand - it can be true that some people are living well and that other people have a lack of access and barriers to accessing services.
