  • What: Allow user to download a previously exported EDI file or re-send it to FTP
  • Why: Improve the libraries ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDIFACT order export.

  • Note: This was split from the original EDIFACT order export feature that was delivered with Lotus. It includes displaying export history for each POL

Ability to generate a fiscal year rollover "preview"�

  • What: Allow user to Test the rollover operation and uncover any errors that may occur based on chosen settings
  • Why: Prevent users from rolling over with settings that may result in problematic errors. Limit the amount of support libraries need from hosting etc. during rollover.
  • Feature(s): https://issues.folio.org/browse/UXPROD-2899 
  • Note: This should alleviate the need for dedicated environment for rollover testing. Tests can be run multiple times.

  • Why: Improve the usability and efficiency of acquisitions invoicing workflows. Particularly for large multiline orders
