You’ll mostly be working with E-board and looking after your Committee Chairs.

To help your committee chairs stay organized consider creating a task list.

This can be simple or complex. Here are some District examples and how:

In charge of their respective committee

Point of contact and resource for information regarding their area of jurisdiction

Helps plan events or assists with anything the club needs

You can assign tasks to committee chairs to help with club events or management

Communicates with the Vice President if they need any help

Should really be working with the Vice President providing updates on their plans and tasks.

Gauge club member interest and input as they see fit

Social Event: Ask members what would they want to do?

K-Fam/Alumni

Plan and attend inter-club activities with the members of the Kiwanis family and keep in contact with our sponsoring Kiwanis clubs.

Scrapbook

Design and put together a scrapbook that will be judged for an award at DCON, and complete the end-of-the-year appreciation videos

Service

Plan two Service-a-Thons, assist with any large-scale on-campus events, and run a weekly service project.

Embrace Kids

Coordinate Embrace Kids events with club members, maintain communication with the foundation and families, and organize club events with our RU4KIDS patient.

Recruitment

Come up with methods of recruiting and educating members about Circle K and the tenets of leadership, service, and fellowship.
