Communicating Externally
Consider how you’re being diverse on your website...
Communicating your Code of Conduct on your website...
“True innovation comes from divergent thinking.
We’re fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds can feel welcome and included in the world of tech, and everybody who participates in events at Dogpatch in one way or another is required to conform to this Code of Conduct. This includes attendees, speakers, sponsors, organisers and volunteers.
Dogpatch Labs is an inclusive space where everyone is expected to treat all individuals respectfully, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion.
We feel it is important to make clear that harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and that if any issues arise they will be dealt with in a serious manner. People are asked to be kind and considerate to others, and to behave professionally.”
