• Create more speaker events on various specialties or activities, catering towards the interests of the members
• Promote SCCP-Pacific and spread awareness about clinical pharmacy.
• Offer opportunities and resources to the members, enhancing clinical skills and knowledge.

• American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) has a Leadership APPE Elective
• Offers insight into leadership within a professional organization.
• Perspectives from both elected leaders and staff are covered.
• Individual and group discussions.
• Journal clubs.
• Presentations.
• Writing projects.

• **Virtual Rotation Details:**
• Interaction with staff from Lenexa and Washington, DC offices.
• Engage with elected leaders nationwide.
• On-site visits available for both ACCP offices.
• Duration: 4 to 6 weeks, adjustable based on institution's preference.
• Available throughout the academic year, except October and December.
• Syllabus and learning objectives provided.

ACCP Local Clinical Pharmacy Challenge

• What?
• Local competition: Teams of three students will compete against teams in a "quiz bowl"–type format.
• Each round will consist of questions offered in the three distinct segments indicated below. Item content used in each segment has been developed and reviewed by an expert panel of clinical pharmacy practitioners and educators.
• Trivia/Lightning
• Clinical Case
• Jeopardy-style
• When?
• Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 6PM in PHS 110/111
• Sign-ups Deadline: TBA_
• Who?
• YOU and YOUR FRIENDS! (You do not need to be an SCCP or ACCP member). Group yourselves into 3.

ACCP Local Clinical Pharmacy Challenge

• “Each team advancing to the quarterfinal round held at the ACCP Annual Meeting will receive three complimentary student full meeting registrations. Each team member will receive an ACCP gift certificate for $125 and a certificate of recognition. In addition to the above, semifinal teams not advancing to the final round will receive a semifinal team plaque for display at their institution. The second-place team will receive a $750 cash award ($250 to each member) and a commemorative team plaque. The winning team will receive a $1500 cash award ($500 to each member), and each team member will receive a commemorative plaque. A team trophy will be awarded to the winning institution.” -ACCP
