Logging into IncidentIQ
Open ClassLink and select IncidentIQ
If you do not see Incident IQ, it can be added from the app library

Setting Up Your Profile
Select My Profile from the account menu (your name) in the top,
right corner of your home screen
Verify or complete all of the requested information
Your room number must be selected
Adding a profile picture and contact number are suggested, but optional
Finding Your Room Number
Choose Save Changes
Choose Save Changes once your profile has been completed
Note: the IndicidentIQ logo will always take you back to the landing page

Report an Issue

Report an Issue
Option 1
If you starred (favorited) assets during profile setup, you
can use the Quick Tickets option to expedite ticketing
Use Add Favorite to select additional assets for Quick Tickets
Select your issue
Describe your issue and submit your ticket
Report an Issue
Option 2
Select one of the the + New Ticket buttons
Make a choice for what this ticket is about?
Enter the HEB Tag number for the device being reported
Tag found on device should match system record
Select your device or asset
Select your issue
Describe your issue and submit your ticket
Report an Issue for Students
Option 3
Select the My Classes tab
Select Current courses tab and then your desired course
Choose the +SUBMIT TICKET to report issue for student(s)
Select issue for student device
Describe student issue and submit ticket
Note: student tickets do not require a room number
You can review the progress of any submitted tickets
from your homescreen - under the My Recent Tickets section
