Setting Up Your Profile

Select My Profile from the account menu (your name) in the top,

right corner of your home screen

Verify or complete all of the requested information

Your room number must be selected

Adding a profile picture and contact number are suggested, but optional

Finding Your Room Number

  • Locate your room number by selecting the dropdown menu under the Assigned Rooms area of your profile screen.

  • If you do not see your room number, you will need to type the name of your campus into the search box. This will return all room numbers for your campus.

  • If you are a principal or a counselor, you may need to type in your title to find your room number on the list.

  • After selecting your room number, chose the + button to add the number to your profile

  • Quick Tickets can be used to shortcut ticket submissions

  • Choose the Assets tab or the Add Favorite button to mark devices as favorites by using the icon for the asset

If you starred (favorited) assets during profile setup, you

can use the Quick Tickets option to expedite ticketing

Use Add Favorite to select additional assets for Quick Tickets
