Course Title: | Teamwork and Collaboration |
Learning objective: |
|
Description Text | Why do we need to work in a group, again? Everyone has participated in group work in some form or fashion in their life time. It is often times associated with the negative experience of one or two people doing all the work and the others just slacking off. That is not what we are talking about today. Teamwork is when a group of people with similar skills sets come together and work toward a common goal. Collaboration is when a group of people with different skill sets come together to build on something. Both of these require a good system that will build trust and make sure everyone is working toward achieving their goal. So, how do we do this? |
