Please note, this form is only for current IS3D majors looking to make a change to their custom plan.

Add and remove a lower division course

This section will guide you through how to fill out the form if you would like to add and remove lower-division courses.

Select the discipline you would like to make changes to. Be sure to scroll down to see all discipline options.

If you would like to make changes to more than one discipline, you can fill out the form in its entirety more than once.

In order to change a lower-division course selection, you must (1) remove one you had previously on your plan and (2) add the new one. Refer back to your degree evaluation to see which courses you currently have listed.

Enter the course number you would like to remove into the box.

Enter in the course(s) you would like to add into the text box. Refer back to the discipline guidelines to ensure the course is pre-approved by your discipline.
