• Supplement with brief information about them
WHAT:
• Clearly state the objective of your flyer/publication/call to action
• Clearly state the problem and/or solution
• If it’s an event – what kind of event is it?
WHERE (most applicable to event-centered work):
• Name the venue/gathering place
• Include an address (be as detailed as possible)
• Is it wheelchair accessible?
• Accessible by public transit?
WHEN (most applicable to event-centered work):
• What day, date, and year?
• What time?
WHY:�• Explain the purpose of your piece.�HOW:�• Include a website address where people can get more information �• Include a phone number if applicable�• Are there other ways your audience can get more involved?��CREDIT:�• Your name and website (if you have one)�• Other artists’ name(s) and website(s)�• Name of printer (if applicable)��EDIT:�• Less is more!
