at the PO item level

Case 1

Condition cannot be entered Manually in the Purchase Order Item level

Note Condition Type RA00 cannot be processed manually

RA00 has been configured with Manual entries not possible

Case 2

Condition can be entered without any Limitations

You can manually enter FRA1

You can manually enter FRA1

FRA1 has been configured for manual entry with No Limi

Case 3

Condition with Automatic Entry as Priority

What if FRA1 is configured with

“Automatic entry has priority”

I am creating an Info record with FRA1 condition record as the pricing master

Creating PO which matches the Info Record

Note FRA1 in display mode

You can try to enter FRA1 Manually .. see Yellow traffic light

That’s because automatic entry has priority

Condition with Manual Entry as Priority

What if FRA1 is configured with

“Manual entry has priority”

We have the same Info record as the previous scenario

FRA1 is read from PIR, but it is now in changeable mode ...

You can manually enter FRA1 eg: with 10%

Note the 19% FRA1 from the PIR now in Yellow warning light

But the manually entered FRA1 10% now in green light

That’s because manually entry has priority
