Shift Expectations
Pay
$15 per hour
+$25 per launched rep
+weekly performance bonus for each qualified PR (cumulative for campaign)
Qualified pr = $1000 cpo
Pay example
SMRA’s first week
5.5 hours of work x $15 = $82.5
3 reps launch from training = Bonus of $75
= $157.5 paycheck for the week
2 weeks later, all three of those reps become qualified
