Pay

$15 per hour

+$25 per launched rep

+weekly performance bonus for each qualified PR (cumulative for campaign)

Qualified pr = $1000 cpo

Pay example

SMRA’s first week

5.5 hours of work x $15 = $82.5

3 reps launch from training = Bonus of $75

= $157.5 paycheck for the week

2 weeks later, all three of those reps become qualified

  • No additive bonus for the first two (Since they got paid the initial $25 bonus)
  • For the third, extra $25 bonus (Which totals $50 for that person since they got the initial $25 bonus)

What will a shift look like?

  1. Triple Threat (post on your social media about our positions)

  • Send 40 messages in network on insta

  • Follow up with anyone interested but not scheduled

  • Using the rest of your time doing productive free-time activities (more on this later)

2 Week Trial Period

  • Every office has a 2-week trial period for a new social media receptionist.
  • You’ll be evaluated based on your attitude, performance, and communication
  • The main thing I’ll be looking at is how many people request and attend a video chat interview because of you.
  • If you do extremely well, we will consider promoting you!
  • The more value you add the more opportunity and rewards you will earn.

Understanding the Rep Job

  • It’s super simple. It’s presenting to customers, answering their questions, and helping them place orders
  • They get paid per appointment regardless of sales, and get paid more when they make sales (which they all do!)
