What is blood Smearing?
Blood Smearing is a process of making a thin layer of blood on a Microscope slide.

Problem Statement
Manual blood smears are often inaccurate and slow.
Automated smear devices are too costly for small labs and clinics.

Manually, some slides may be wasted to make a perfect layer.

To make a clean and uniform blood smear.
To improve blood analysis.

Explore an already existing model.

Use Spring and smooth rod- bering system for linear reverse motion.
Designed a manual pull with automatic return using a calibrated compression spring.
Added a damper for smooth motion.
Make a Circuit to automate it.

Working Mechanism
Put a new cover Slip.
Adjust the precise thickness of the layer.
Pull the Handle until the smear slide reaches a blood drop, then it will be pulled back, smearing the blood.
