PARTICIPATORY APPROACH IN COMMUNITY BASED COASTAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Series of multi-sectoral capability buildings were held for a collective planning on the implementation of the program. Results of the biodiversity and ecosystems assessments were disseminated to the general public as a basis for the decisions making.

Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) and the Local Government Unit of Tacloban (LGU- Tacloban) representatives pledge their commitment on the project.

PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS

Procurement process of materials plan for the purchase of materials in the construction fish cages. Materials were based upon the standard requirements as recommended by BFAR.
