PROJECTS

Cultural Extra Credit on Tests

I spend between 2 and 5* days per topic, and do projects with my students to reinforce the information and make them fun!

Students learn best through play

The information also becomes Extra Credit on their next assessment

Family Trees

Family words are the first culture week we have, as students can immediately connect these to their own lives.

After reading selections from “Quis me Amat?” students create a Family Tree with either their own, or made up, family.

On their next test, they have this tree to fill in for extra credit

BONUS

Fill in the Family Tree with the correct Latin words: Infans Mater Avia Pater Amita Soror Frater Avus
