• Detailed User Role Management from National User to Survey Unit
• API based integration facility with State Revenue and other systems/databases
• Integration with CORS rovers and controllers
• RoR Format: RoR format entry on web and mobile as per UrPro Card including flexibility for State specific enhancements and customizations to capture specific urban land records data.
• Ownership Document Capture: On field ownership document capture through mobile/CoRS controller application and converting into pdf format to upload in database.
• Ownership Document Metadata Creation and Management
• Various reference layer upload: User can upload various spatial layers such as Cadastral map etc for reference purpose
• AOI Upload Mechanism: User can upload AOI as Shapefile upload and KML file upload
• Survey Unit implementation: State can use ward/village/Colony or any other survey unit as per their requirement
• Claim & Objection Entry: Claim and objection entry functionality to submit claims and objection by public on the portal.
• Redressal Entry: Once the state settles the Claims and objections the relevant revenue court orders can be uploaded

• Download & Sync: Auto-sync on login, last sync timestamp, mandatory updates for TPK/GDB files, and download alerts before accessing menus.
• Ground Truthing: Capture points, polygons, and lines manually or via traversal, buffer zone search, accuracy validation, and support for multiple polygons per plot.
• URPRO & Data Management: RoR update, UrPro Card download, Aadhaar consent, import & upload of captured points, and state property/citizen data download.
• Map & User Experience: Show the user’s current location, “Show on Map” for plots, maintain activity logs, and improve plot visibility & accuracy validation.
• Plot Management: Support for multiple polygons per plot, buffer zone search, and manual plot creation.
• Sync Confirmation & Alerts: Sync popup at login, status updates post-sync, and confirmation prompts before syncing.
• Feature Extraction & Topology: Allow importing externally captured points, creating polygons with topological constraints, and ensuring proper data integration.
• Improved Data Handling: Ensure property and citizen data are available for download and properly integrated with the system.
• Different layers are to be implemented in the system but the users will work on plot layer as suggested by MPSeDC Team.
