RISEE Act
COLLABORATE bill discussion draft

RISEE Act - This continues to priority for the offices leading the charge on this effort. They are continuing to hammer home importance of revenue sharing for offshore wind with House and Senate leadership. In general, leadership is supportive, but has not prioritized moving this bill. It will likely have to move as part of a package with other "must pass bills" like approps, WRDA, NDAA, etc.
Collaborate Act - Whitehouse's staff is very appreciative of all of the feedback they received on the bill. It sounds like there was quite a bit of feedback, so they are still in the process of going through that and refining the bill language. They do not yet have a time frame for introduction, though they want to ensure that it is part of any conversations taking place around permitting for energy.
